Job Description
Sales Counselor sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. Assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Estimated first-year earnings range: $40,000 - $60,000 with uncapped commission and earnings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
