Sales Counselor

The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Experience working in a CRM preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills required
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Strong organizational and planning skills required
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality required
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends required
