Sales Counselor

Sales Counselor position at Everstory Partners, with estimated first-year earnings range of $40,000 - $60,000. Uncapped commission and earnings, with training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. Assists families with funeral selections and attends services, selling pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required with some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
