Sales Counselor

The Sales Counselor sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Everstory Partners is a company that provides supportive spaces for individuals and families to find solace and hope in the midst of loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
