Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. You will assist families with funeral selections and attend services. The position requires some sales experience and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
