Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Counselor to sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor will assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working in a CRM
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends
