Job Description
Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Everstory Partners, responsible for supporting the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, maintaining accurate and compliant records, and providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or at least 1 year in a high-volume hiring role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS platforms; experience with Paylocity preferred.
- Working knowledge of onboarding processes, I-9 compliance, and background check procedures is a plus.
