Team Lead Python Backend Engineer (F/M/D)

Lead a cross-functional engineering team, developing and maintaining backend applications, improving the tech stack, and shaping the architecture. Work closely with the founders, receive mentorship from a CTO, and take responsibility for key decisions about the future of the company.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical experience in backend development and building APIs
• Coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
• Good understanding of Docker, AWS, and services around it
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong management and leadership skills with a proven track record in leading teams
• Experience with distributed teams as a plus
