We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and our Finance Team.
Requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
- Provide high-level administrative support for the CFO
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including assembling materials, scheduling, and distributing documents
- Organize and maintain records, files, and electronic systems for easy access and efficiency
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide assistance in Corporate filings
- Ad hoc projects
