Lead Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a talented Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support our growth. The role involves leading our infrastructure strategy, owning the shift to a modern, containerized stack, and building efficient processes to manage on-prem and cloud resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (1000+ end users)
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-prem environments
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Strong grasp of network management, automation, security, and CI/CD
• Experience collaborating with development teams and enabling DevOps practices
