Everyday Dose is a company that makes functional coffee and matcha products that deliver calm energy and focus. They are hiring a Senior Producer to manage the production pipeline for monthly brand-level campaigns.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of production experience in brand, agency, or content-driven environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Experience producing photo and video shoots with confidence and attention to detail
• Strong vendor management skills and a deep network of production partners
• Clear communication, calm leadership, and the ability to guide teams through tight timelines
• Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
• Ability to support creative teams while keeping projects aligned with budgets and schedules
• Passion for building systems, solving problems, and enabling great creative work
