EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We're looking for a hands-on Technology Director to lead the technology vision and execution for one of our divisions, with a strong focus on AI-driven products.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles
• Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products
• Strong background in data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product)
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies
• Strong architectural thinking
• Ability to balance innovation with operational reliability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
