Manager, Safe Water Operations (EAII Advisors)

The Manager, Safe Water Operations role is with EAII Advisors, supporting state governments in delivering evidence-based public health programs, including safe drinking water initiatives. The role involves leading field operations, managing a team, and ensuring coordination across field teams, partners, and program workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations or program management, including field operations and large-scale program delivery
• Experience managing field teams and driving delivery against targets and timelines
• Strong operational planning skills, including resource allocation, workforce management, and risk mitigation
• Ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements
• Experience managing vendors/contractors, including performance tracking and invoice validation
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites, stakeholders, and geographies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, with experience using data/MIS dashboards for reporting
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within Andhra Pradesh
