Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional works with children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting, ensuring that day-to-day and independent living skills are implemented, and providing therapeutic parenting. They are responsible for the client's health and safety, and work to support them in leading safe, full, and independent lives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent youth engagement skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
