Job Description
Direct Support Professionals work with children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting, implementing treatment plans and providing therapeutic parenting. They are caring, positive role models who help people of all ages lead safe, full, and independent lives.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work one-on-one or in small groups
- Excellent youth engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform therapeutic restraint
