Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer who will be a hands-on builder of the product and lead a small team in an AI-first development environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leading small teams or acting as a player/coach
- Proven ability to build and ship SaaS products end-to-end in fast-moving environments
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills; able to articulate tradeoffs clearly
- Deep, practical experience using AI/LLM tools in daily engineering work, with clear opinions on what drives real leverage
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills; comfortable leading change
