Operations Program Manager - Insurance Specialty

Evident is hiring an Operations Program Manager to join their Operations Team. The role is hybrid, working from the Atlanta office 3 days a week. The Operations Program Manager will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of a team of insurance certificate verification specialists, conducting ongoing training, and working closely with product and engineering teams to improve the software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within Commercial Insurance lines of coverage (U.S. commercial lines are a must, any international experience is a plus)
• Product Management or Project Management experience highly encouraged
• Strong understanding on how to read and interpret Certificates of Insurance
• Experience training and coaching a team of operational specialists to be the best and do their best
• Experience working with customers to understand their needs or help address questions or issues
• Experience in insurtech or procurement technology is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at organizing and prioritizing tasks
• Not afraid to ask questions
• Multi-tasker extraordinaire
