Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team at Cowal, a leading gold producer operating in Australia and Canada. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering electrical engineering expertise across Greenfield and Brownfield projects, with exposure to diverse projects including open pit and underground work, supporting operational reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree qualified Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience
• Experience managing projects and contractors from concept to commissioning
• Familiarity with mining electrical infrastructure such as substations, MCCs, VSDs, and instrumentation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
