Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners
- Manual Driver’s License or the ability to obtain a manual driver’s license before the program begins
