Start your career in a way that matters at Evolution Mining. The Graduate People & Culture program is a two-year program that provides hands-on experience, opportunities across multiple sites and teams, and mentorship from industry experts. You'll gain a diverse range of experience and develop your skills within the People and Culture team.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners
• Manual Driver’s License or the ability to obtain a manual driver’s license before the program begins
