Job Description
We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Cowal, a residential site in central New South Wales. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be at the forefront of fostering a proactive safety culture across both open cut and underground mining environments.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in WHS
- At least 5 years' experience in mining or similar high-risk industries
- Strong capability in risk management, audits, ICAM investigations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety systems (INX experience highly regarded)
- Ability to develop WHS documentation and procedures that drive compliance and engagement
