The Reliability Engineer – Electrical is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of electrical assets at Ernest Henry, supporting safe and efficient mining operations.
Requirements
- An Engineering degree (Electrical) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry
- Exposure to fixed plant and underground electrical systems
- Experience with failure investigations or reliability-based improvement activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards
- Experience with CMMS systems, condition monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
