Supervisor - Laboratory / Chemist

As the Supervisor – Laboratory at Ernest Henry, you will coordinate laboratory operations to support safe and high-quality metallurgical performance. You will lead a team of Laboratory Technicians, ensuring accurate and timely analytical services. The role requires a strong technical capability, leadership skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Certificate IV or higher in Laboratory Techniques or similar
• Previous supervisory experience - preferred mining or processing
• Strong QA/QC understanding
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation
• Proficiency with LIMS and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
