Medical Device Inventory and Sales Support Specialist

Evolution Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Medical Device Inventory Specialist to join our dedicated team. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory control, shipping, receiving, field inventory accuracy and order processing.

Requirements

• Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a manner that is both timely and accurate.
• Prioritize the daily workload to minimize the impact of external constraints such as carrier pick-up times, field deliveries, etc.
• Work directly with the sales team to maintain the accuracy of field inventory records.
• Have strong relationship-building skills to be able to integrate into a diverse sales organization.
• Analytical skills to maintain data integrity in Redspot and the Arthrex Business Portal systems.
• Ensure that orders are managed consistent with Inventory/Sales priorities and communicate order status
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Vision – if corrective lenses are required per DMV, they must be worn when operating company equipment and while working.
