Wearlinq is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Recovery Specialist to manage the return of medical equipment from patients, support compliance during clinical studies, and ensure accurate communication and documentation across departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years in team oriented role
• Strong customer service capabilities
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• US and International shipping experience helpful
• Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs
