Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will oversee the gaming floor during assigned shifts, monitoring operations, supervising team members, and managing employee relations.
Requirements
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and expectations are met
- Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
- Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate team members
- Analyze employee data and performance
- Establish and maintain cross-departmental cooperation
- Manage projects and deadlines set by direct managers
- Propose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the department
