Senior Compliance Lead - Products

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Lead – Products to join the Group Compliance team and take global strategic responsibility for our existing and new products from a compliance perspective. As a key member of the team, you will set the strategy, advise on complex questions, and innovate our approach to product delivery and roll-out.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a responsible position working with online gaming products
• Wealth of knowledge about online gaming products (slots, live casino, RNG), their functionality and general regulatory requirements
• Solid understanding of the iGaming business dynamics and relationships between different players
• Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented approach
• IT / technical background, tech-savvy, always keeping an eye on new technologies and trends changing the landscape
• Straight to the point communication, excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• Diplomacy, ability to influence and negotiate the optimal solutions in the company’s interest
• Ability working in a fast-paced environment requiring the collaboration of different teams and people to achieve the best possible outcome
