Job Description
evolv is seeking a talented Architect to join their team, contributing to innovative projects and impactful client relationships. The role focuses on transforming ideas into practical solutions, managing complex systems, and maintaining the architecture for cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Evolv emphasizes integrity, humility, and a passion for technology and client success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Google, Azure or AWS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related software engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience coding in Java
- Experience with API management and integrations
- Experience in application development using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Knowledge of IAM: Authentication, Login & SSO, AD Integration
- Knowledge of data retention and security best practices
- Experience deploying cloud infrastructure in production
- Experience in pipeline architecture (CI/CD)
- Experience in end-to-end encryption and key management
- Experience in sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, and state diagrams
- Strong understanding of DNS, ALB vs ELB use cases, HAProxy use cases and limitations, firewall configuration, API gateway use cases, WAF use cases, routing, and troubleshooting connectivity.
