Clinical Director Teen Mental Health

Evolve is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee 2 residential programs in the East Bay, providing clinical oversight and ensuring high-quality care and compliance. The role is hybrid with 4 days a week onsite and 1 day a week remote, with a salary range of 135k-140k depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active California license as a LMFT/LCSW/LPCC
• Exceptional clinical judgment and experience using evidenced based practices including DBT, CBT, MI
• Excellent interpersonal skills, clear oral and written communication and has demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of adolescent mental health and co-occurring disorders and sensitivity and attentiveness to clinical needs related to disability and/or racial, ethnic, cultural, sexual and gender identity
