Facility Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for completing service requests, performing general repairs, and assisting with maintenance accounting and kitchen tasks. Flexible work schedule with requirements for emergencies and travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional equivalent technical/trade school courses in maintenance or a construction-related field a plus
• Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid CA driver's license
• 2-5 years of experience
• Ability to clear a background check
• Recent verifiable work history references complete with contact information
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer literate
• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools and appliances
• Ability to clearly and appropriately communicate with others
• Ability to model positive behavior, conduct, and dress code to residents
