Overnight Residential Counselor - Full Time/Part Time

Evolve Treatment Centers offers residential and outpatient treatment programs for teens with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues. The Overnight Residential Counselor is responsible for the safety and supervision of clients at one of our 6-bed treatment centers.

Requirements

• Be awake, alert, and active for the entire duration of the night shift (10pm-6am)
• Ensure clients are in bed all night and be able to provide line of sight of clients at all times
• Check on clients every 15 minutes
• Walk through the facility and do a maintenance check
• Assist with inventory check and notify the facility manager of anything that needs attention
• Document all shift activity in KIPU
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility
• Attend and participate in monthly Treatment Team Meetings
