Job Description
We are hiring a Temporary Regional Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for residential treatment centers, patching and painting home interiors, and performing general repairs. This is a 40 hour/week temporary position for 3-6 months, paying $30/hour.
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and perform general repairs of facility
- Proper drywall patch and paint home interiors
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical needs
- Assemble basic furniture
- Ability to repair and install cabinet and door locks
- Document and record costs of repairs and jobs completed
- Complete required reporting for Evolve credit card tracking with receipt uploading
