We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead client relationships in North America, driving business growth and client satisfaction in a dynamic digital agency.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in new business development.
• Good knowledge of digital best practices, technologies, and trends.
• Experience in client relationship management and escalation.
• Comfort with public speaking, event participation, and presentations.
• Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
