GIS Techniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Wegerecht

We are looking for a GIS Technician to join our team at SYNEQT GmbH, handling requests and issuance of feasibility studies in the field of long-distance pipelines, negotiating with landowners and authorities, and maintaining existing compensation and replacement measures.

Requirements

• Completed education as a survey technician, notary and specialist clerk, or commercial education
• 10 years of experience in the required field
• Familiarity with geographic information systems (e.g. Smallworld)
• Knowledge in property law, including cadastre-related matters
• Experience with authorizations and property rights, such as personal restrictions and contract law
