Requirements
- Follow IMS guidelines, safety protocols, and mandatory procedures to ensure compliance and safeguard the environment and personnel.
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation systems while ensuring accurate calibration and functionality.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and wiring to ensure reliable operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment and recommend upgrades to improve reliability.
- Respond to emergency call-ins to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly.
- Safely operate forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and test equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair BMS and PLC systems to optimize plant operations.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and perform basic site tasks.
- Keep work areas organized and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
- Work effectively in teams, acquire technical skills, and develop knowledge of production processes and policies.
