Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is desirable
• Uses clear and effective basic verbal communications skills
• Works with guidance to develop, monitor, and understand policies and procedures
• Applies basic concepts to manage and apply safe systems of work
• Quick recognition of production irregularities or malfunctions
• Numerous trips through the plant with frequent climbing of stairs
• Able to work at elevated locations
• Able to lift 50 pounds
