Principal Scientist/Senior Scientist Nucleic Acid Delivery

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Scientist in the field of Nucleic Acid Delivery to join our dynamic team at the Cambridge Innovation Satellite, MA. This role focuses on advancing the development of lipid-based formulations for nucleic acid therapeutics.

Requirements

• Ph.D. and 4+ or 8+ years (M.Sc.) of relevant industry experience in LNP development and drug delivery with a strong background in nucleic acid therapeutics and education in a related discipline
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of lipid-based and polymer-based delivery systems
• Hands-on experience in nanoparticle characterization techniques (e.g., DLS, zeta potential, ribogreen, pKa, chromatography)
• Experience in setting up and operating high-throughput screening protocols for delivery formulations
• Knowledge of formulation or assay automation, including lab automation equipment setup, programming, and the application of machine learning approaches
