Region HR Manager

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources operations across multiple U.S. sites for Evonik Corporation. The role focuses on employee relations, HR policy implementation, compliance, performance management, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

• Broad HR knowledge across multiple functional areas
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand stakeholder needs
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate-level Excel skills
• Experience with Human Capital Management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%
