3+ years of experience in insurance verification, healthcare billing, or payer relations, with 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a healthcare setting
Admissions Coordinator II
High school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of experience in admissions or sales/customer service, ability to work a flexible schedule
Collections Specialist
Follow-up with payers, review explanations of benefits, and analyze payment delays
Financial Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalent, proven interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and manage time effectively
MR & Appeal Specialist I
2+ years of experience, high school diploma or GED, strong working knowledge of EMR platforms
