Job Description
The Behavioral Health Technician assists in providing a safe environment for individuals by answering clients' questions, adjusting program routine, and reporting changes in clients' physical or mental condition. The BHT is responsible for supervising clients, de-escalating problems, and participating in staff meetings.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Experience working in substance abuse and/or mental health
- Valid state driving license with no major violations in past five (5) years
