Kennigo Hotel is seeking an experienced Conference & Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their dynamic hotel team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Hands-on and loves spending their time on the floor
• Be customer obsessed and continually look for ways to add value to our customer experience
• Ensure the presentation of neat, clean and functionally operating departments
• Ensure proper training for all food and beverage team members
• Immaculate presentation of yourself and your work area
• Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
• Ensure all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels
• Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established Hotel occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S)
• Ensure all cashiering policies and procedures are followed
