Requirements

• Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Prepare food and beverages for sale
• Stock replenishment
• Conduct ticket checks
• Demonstrate and maintain a good knowledge of products and services offered
• Undertake minor maintenance and repairs
• Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions
• Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures
• May undertake cash handling training under supervision
