Job Description
Rydges Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Bar Manager to drive and develop the team to perform at a World Class level. The role involves managing the financial outcome of the department, operational and staffing requirements, and maintaining high standards of service.

- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Excellent personal presentation
