Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing

The Machine Operator position at EW Grobbel requires an individual who can monitor and guide cooking schedules and machines. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy, and be able to become competent in their position quickly. The ideal applicant would be accustomed to physical and fast-paced work with machine operating experience.

Requirements

• Operate cooking machinery according to specified procedures to meet production targets
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cooking equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot issues with cooking machinery and escalate complex problems to maintenance team
• Adjust machine settings as required to meet product specifications
• Strictly adhere to HACCP, USDA, and other relevant food safety guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses
• Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure product quality and safety
• Record and maintain accurate data on cooking parameters and production volumes
• Conduct regular checks on product quality, identifying and reporting any products that do not meet quality standards
• Clean and sanitize cooking and surrounding areas to maintain a hygienic work environment
• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to food processing
