Telecommunications Assistant role at ewimed's call center in Hechingen, answering customer inquiries, processing emails, and providing telephone counseling.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (Sales Assistant for Business Management, Sales Assistant in Healthcare or a comparable qualification)
• Strong customer and service orientation, ability to talk on the phone
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speech, good French or Italian skills an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and bring flexibility
