Job Description
We are seeking a Teamlead QA / Quality Assurance Medizintechnik (m/w/d) to oversee the quality of our products and ensure they meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will lead the QA team, develop strategies, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Reklamations- und CAPA-Prozesse steuern, Qualitätsprobleme analysieren und nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen etablieren.
- interne Audits durchführen und verantworten sowie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherstellen.
- als Teamlead das QA-Team führen, weiterentwickeln und eine offene, motivierende Teamkultur fördern.
- den QA-Bereich verantworten, strategisch weiterentwickeln, Qualitätskennzahlen analysieren und Prozesse kontinuierlich optimieren.
