Management trainees undergo training to advance to management positions, working closely with senior personnel and learning techniques to run a branch/department/team smoothly.
Requirements
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining key account responsibilities
- Growing Revenue and associated profits of select assigned Ewing customers and prospects
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers
- Providing administrative support
- Creating and giving presentations
- Helping managers complete daily tasks
- Preparing documents and updating records
- Conducting other duties as assigned by leadership
- Researching ways to increase profitability or improve efficiencies
- Resolving customer complaints
- Actively participating in the continual growth by completing goals on their Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Participating in regular performance reviews
- Enhancing professional and technical knowledge
- Being involved in conflict resolution conversations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicating all operational and customer service issues with the branch/department supervisor
- Collaborating with all relevant Field Support Center departments and field personnel
- Participating and representing Ewing in relevant regional organizations, associations and activities
