Customer Delivery Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate/ Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service and distribute products promptly to our customers. Candidates with strong communication skills will stand out. The role involves engaging customers, providing accurate information, and resolving potential customer issues or complaints.

Requirements

• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
