Customer Delivery Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service and distribute products to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to make customers feel welcome in our store. They will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting and answering questions about products and services, and recommending solutions. Ultimately, they will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and contribute to the store's profitability.

Requirements

• Prior Outdoor Supply Industry Experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Be able to lift 50-70 pounds
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
