Customer Delivery Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate/ Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service for our business and distribute products promptly to our customers.

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
