Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver for its South Austin location. The position requires a passion for customer service and safety, as well as the ability to hustle and keep up in a fast-paced distribution warehouse.

Requirements

• Engage customers and provide excellent customer service
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent customer service
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
